ONLINE ORDERS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Purchasing
Products displayed in the online store page can be purchased through our website using Visa or MasterCard transactions as well as Apple Pay. All credit card details are protected by Stripe and are not held by Charlie's Deli. charliesdeli.co.nz uses a secure payment system hosted by Stripe to process online orders.
Pricing
All prices on charliesdeli.co.nz are represented in NZD and inclusive of GST. Prices can change at any time without notice.
Orders pick-up
All orders are prepared and held on the day you selected during the order process. Your order can be picked up between 9am and 4pm only. We do not offer delivery on food items, and we cannot hold orders past the selected date after the shop's closing time.
- Orders placed before 3pm can be made for the following day.
- Past 3pm, orders can only be placed for a date beyond the next day (+2 days).
- It's not possible to place an order for the same day.
Orders will be prepared fresh on the selected day and will be available at the chosen time for pick-up at:

Cancellations, Order Processing and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our food items, all pre-orders placed on charliesdeli.co.nz are considered final and non-refundable. We take great care to ensure the freshness and quality of our products, and once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Should we be unable to fully or partly fulfil your order for any reason, we will notify you by phone or email as soon as possible and you will receive a part or full refund. In the event of a scheduling mishap in our order preparation process, we will promptly contact you. You will then have the option to reschedule your pick-up or cancel your order for a full refund.
Privacy
Charlie's Deli never passes on, sells or distributes your information to anyone else.
When ordering online, we collect personal information from you, including your name, contact information, billing or purchase information
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us.
Allergens
All our food is prepared in a kitchen which uses eggs, dairy, wheat, gluten, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts, pistachios, sesame, fish. We are unable to substitute ingredients and make no claims that any of our products are allergen free.
Storage
Your baked goods are best consumed the same day, but can be stored in a cool, dark place (not in a fridge). You can re-heat them the next day 10min at 180 degrees Celsius.
Cheeses must be kept in a fridge but can be brought out about half an hour before serving.

Gift Cards
Our gift card is valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
It cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund. It can be redeemed in one or multiple times against any products, only in store at Charlie’s Deli Wanaka. It cannot be used for online orders. If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift card, the balance must be paid by cash, debit card or credit card.
